the same-thing can be said for supplements in general. If you are working-out and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables than
taking a supplement is not necessary and may not be the wisest choice either. Again looking at my Secret Product Revealed article you already know that you can make anything sound like the magic bullet.
Remeber the FDA doesn't regulate supplements that
are considered herbs. So basically anybody can put anything inside a pill and sell it!!! Nothing compares to real food and
